How to Use:
1) Cut-out desired decal pattern
2) Gently place pattern on nail, colored side facing down
3) Gently pat a damp cotton pad over the decal
4) Use tweezers to peel off backing paper to reveal transferred image
5) Finish with a layer of top coat
