Due to hygiene purposes, returns are only accepted for sealed items. All nail polish and treatments are final sale. If there's something wrong with your order or if you received the incorrect product, please email let us know the details.

Sealed items such as nail apps may be returned if they have not be opened or used. Please send an email to to confirm your return order prior to sending back the item.

Shipping fee on returned items cannot be refunded unless you received an incorrect item. We are not responsible for product defects because we are not the manufacturer; however we do our best to make sure that all merchandise are thoroughly checked before they are shipped. If you have an issue with the quality of an item, we are happy to replace the defective items at no charge if you pay to send them back (depending on product availability).
